Neverwhere

This music was composed in Spring 2016 for Chicago Waldorf’s senior class theater production of Neil Gaiman’s Neverwhere.  For this show I composed and performed in collaboration with students in the senior class.  A very different interpretation from my previous work on Knox College’s production of the same play, this score presented a folk-inspired live take on the same drama.  The composing process was enormously fun, with the students frequently designing themes or ideas that I would then help them to fill out into full pieces.
